As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how Sendero Wealth Management is responding. The safety and health of our dedicated employees and clients, is always of the utmost importance to us. At Sendero, we are people first, with the foundation of our core values of Trust, Honor, Respect, Service and Family.
In an effort to protect our community, we have decided to close our office effective immediately to outside visitors and clients, with the majority of our staff moving to remote work arrangements until March 31, 2020. We have initiated our Business Continuity Plan to insure that for you, our “business as usual” continues.
We would like to highlight how this will affect our clients and business partners:
- Our business hours are Monday – Friday and our main business line will be answered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Remote employees have access to phones and emails; and will respond during normal business hours.
- If you have a scheduled meeting occurring between today through the end of the month, we will reach out to you with available options.
- Rest assured, we are watching your portfolios and the markets. Even though we are remote, our systems are working as if we were in the office.
You are our highest priority.
Because the situation is complex and evolving rapidly, our plans may change, and the flexible work arrangements may be extended. If they do, we will let you know. We will continue to communicate with you via email, client portal, our social media channels, and of course, personally by phone.
